The West Pier Business Campus is a landmark office development overlooking Dún Laoghaire Harbour. Comprising three interconnected five-storey office buildings, the campus offers approximately 10,087 sq.m. (108,576 sq.ft.) of modern office accommodation. Constructed in 2000, the buildings feature reinforced concrete frame construction, raised access floors, suspended ceilings with recessed lighting, and air conditioning systems.
